Guess who.

I had purchased a pair of blue contact lenses and wore them all the time, even though they dried out my eyes and I couldn't see properly.

Modelling with Sally Moselen my new flat mate.

All Hail the Sunshine

Testing with photographer Wayne Daniels in his early days always involved alot sexy fun and frivolity. Wayne now shoots for FHM, Ralph, Playboy and any gentlemen's mag you cant get your hands on....
It's fun to know, I was his first muse back in the day.

A salad roll and can of coke please.

There was no recovery for my brothers illness, no amount of treatment or surgery could eradicate his cancer. Being away from him and my family was as tough as the weekends I spent with them. My life was changing, I was changing and it became prominent in my photographs. My diet consisted of mainly cigarettes and very little else. I remember for a while all I ate was a salad roll and a can of coke per day.

Grungy.

It was around this time when "Grunge" was cool, it was all about heron chic and a girlfriend I were featuring in a video clip with Peter Andre titled "Do you wanna dance".

Rebel Rebel

It wasn't long before I wanted to rebel against the squeaky clean, girl next door, surfer chick image.
Although I had worked so hard to gain and maintain respect in the industry, I was starting to get bored. Needing a new challenge it was time to redefine my image.
Over time I was becoming more ME, rather then who everyone perceived me to be, this was just the beginning of something exciting and new.......

Vanilla Kisses

Impulse TVC seen on tv sets and in cinemas, another gig I was very happy to land.
Was shot in New Zealand at an old Library.
The story goes "young girl struggles with her books whilst cute guy watches on, he then in turn, hands her a piece of paper with a flower on it...." some-where in between I spray the impulse body spray on, this also must grab his attention.
Wardrobe gave me the little frock with the butterflies on it, it became one of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe I wore it with my doc's everywhere.

Sadly, I dont have a copy of the TVC I will endevour to find this and include it in these archives.

90's Rocked!

The best thing about the 90's wasnt just the music,  the fashion was pretty cool too.

Never Known a Girl Like You Before.

Edwyn Collins churgles and drones in the soundtrack to the Sportsgirl TVC. I don't think I ever received a copy of the commercial and I can't find it on youtube, however, if you remember the song and the advert, you would have seen me walking out of an office building repeatedly in a number of different outfits for each day of the week, a cute guy sends me a message via email ...

"I've never seen a girl like you before..."

When my booker phoned to let me know I had landed this gig I screamed so loudly,  I think I may have burst her ear drum....
I was very proud of this achievement and I still have the 8' in-store posters in storage.
